A place where music live
Kayam Records: recording, mixing, mastering and coaching with a sound engineer of 15+ years.
Where travelers, artists, and locals meet around music, creation, and nature — in the hills of Guatapé, two kilometers from the village.
Casa Kayam started from a simple idea: to create a place where the journey isn't just a stopover. A place where musicians, artists, travelers, and locals could meet around creation.
On a finca surrounded by nature, two kilometers from the village, you'll find a hostel, a professional recording studio, and a community that grows day by day.

"I came to glamping for one night and ended up staying 11 nights. Very relaxed and creative hostel, cool people, quiet location."

Both, depending on the night. We host jam sessions, concerts, and gatherings — but we're a cultural center, not a party hostel. Common areas wind down by 11 PM, and we respect the rhythm of those who came here to rest, work, or create.
